I had a great time picking up the blue oyster mushrooms for the upcoming dinner on Saturday. is a gorgeous historic farm now fostering bees and other pollinators, and growing awesome mushrooms. Thank you Lisa for the beautiful tour of this historic property in the Sogn Valley!

Can you believe I had to buy a few tomato plants? I forgot to save a paste variety before giving the last of them away. 😂🍅 I guess I’m getting tired!
