Operation One More is currently collecting for our 2025 Winter Break Food Bags! 💙

Each year, we come together as a community to make sure local families have food when school meals pause. Since 2018, our mission is simple but meaningful: no child should go hungry over winter break.

📍Food donations can be dropped at Edina Realty in Rochester through December 1st.

We’re gathering food items that will be donated to families, so their children have nourishing meals over the 10-day winter school break.

Operation One More is now a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the Rochester area. Their mission since 2019, has been simple: to support families with food when school meals pause—making sure every child has food, so they aren't hungry.

💙 Feeding Families, One at a Time 💙

We’re filled with gratitude for the incredible support Operation One More received in 2024. Thanks to YOU—our volunteers, donors, and community partners—we served 200 families, packed 800 bags, and collected 6,790 nonperishable items for families facing food insecurity.

What started small has grown into something powerful, and we’re just getting started.

Let’s keep this mission going—together!

We’re so excited to deliver groceries to 200 families in need through Operation One More.

If you’re free anytime between 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM, we’d love to have extra drivers! Stop by Lourdes High School whenever it works for your schedule—we’d be so grateful for your help in spreading holiday cheer💙

Drivers-you are welcome to come to at 9 AM. We deliver until all families have been delivered too. THANK YOU!
