Last Thursday, our Buffalo office participated in the 44th annual JPMorganChase Corporate Challenge.

Welcome, Dylan Chan!

Dylan Chan joined our Capital District office this May as a Mechanical Co-op/CAD Operator. He is currently entering his senior year at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he studies Mechanical Engineering and minors in Graphic Design.

Dylan spent last summer working as an R&D intern at a biotech startup in NYC. He is excited to gain his first hands-on experience in MEP work with us this summer!

Welcoming Aidan Ensign, who’s joining our Rochester office us as Co-op/CAD Operator in the HVAC group. He is currently attending Clarkson University and on course to graduate in Spring of 2027 with Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. With experience interning at the Shipley Center for Innovation in Potsdam, Aidan brings with him hands-on experience with CAD tools, design optimization, and programming.

We're excited to welcome Raistlin Rowcroft, who joins our HVAC group as a Co-op/CAD Operator this summer!

Raistlin recently completed his sophomore year at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) where he is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is an active member of their Electric Vehicle Team.

Welcome, Blythe Wing!

Blythe joins our Capital District office as a Desktop Support Technician in our IT department. Blythe received her B.S. in Digital Forensics from UAlbany and spent the last year working in healthcare IT as a Service Desk Technician II.

She brings previous experience in healthcare network support, clinical administration, patient care management, and medical record keeping.

Join us in congratulating Seth Sekyere on passing his Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Mechanical Exam! Seth joined our Capital District office as a Plumbing/FP Design Engineer last August and has since applied his design skills to a variety of residential, municipal, educational, commercial, and healthcare projects.

Congrats on achieving this exciting milestone- made possible by many long hours of hard work and dedication. Congrats Seth!

We're excited to welcome Noe York, who joins our Sustainability/Commissioning group as a Co-op/CAD Operator!

Noe is currently studying at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and is an active member of Women in Engineering (WE), where she participates in STEM outreach programs for younger students. Noe is looking forward to expanding her technical knowledge and building meaningful relationships within the industry this summer.

Welcoming William McNamara, who joins our team as an HVAC Co-op/CAD Operator. He is currently attending SUNY New Paltz and on track to graduate in 2028, with experience working in construction and food service.

We want to offer huge congratulations to our Rochester team member Lisa Stewart on passing the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam and officially becoming a licensed PE!
