Hamilton Real Estate Group is proud to announce the successful sale of the former Women's Shelter headquarters property on West Center Street.

This closing marks the final step in a process that began in 2024 when we partnered with the Women's Shelter, CRW Architecture, and Mohs Construction to help create a vision for a new facility as part of Minnesota's $100 million nonprofit grant program.

The Women's Shelter was awarded funding, opened its new facility in December 2025, and Hamilton Real Estate Group successfully marketed and sold the organization's remaining real estate portfolio, culminating with this final transaction.
