Over the course of the last several weeks we have been notified by several customers that there are multiple people portraying themselves as us. To our loyal clients we have one location at 586 Lyell Ave in Rochester, NY. None of us have foreign accents when you call to talk to us (nothing against accents they are cool and all but we don't have them). We have one main line which is 585-621-3107, we have two additional lines which are both 585 area codes. You will never reach us through a 800 or 888 number and we do not have a call center. We are locally owned and operated and have been for over 20 years and our vans are fully lettered with Mr. Key's Locksmith visiable.on the sides they are black and any other vehicle is not us. If anyone comes across these lovely "businesses" portraying themselves to be us please let us know we pride ourselves on our quality and reputation and do not want to associate with these so called companies that make is or the industry look bad.
PSA for all of our clients and friends... we do NOT have multiple locations for service we are located at 586 Lyell Ave in Rochester NY. We do NOT have an 800 number to call to make appointments with we have a main number that is 585-621-3107, if it sounds like a call center it isn't us. If someone comes to your appointment in a van that is any other color than black it isn't us our entire fleet is black vans that are lettered with our name and logo, you can't miss the things. We mention this because there are yet again multiple companies that are pretending to be us and are somehow routing phone calls to themselves on the internet. We have ZERO affiliation with any other locksmith company in Rochester. Please feel free to send and share this post as we try to keep everyone informed and our reputation solely ours.
