We’re proud to spotlight an inspiring educator making a real difference—Nancy Braiman, teacher & former chef, who founded the Breaking Bread Cooking Club at Wilson Magnet High School in Rochester, NY. Alongside fellow teacher Heather Stewart, Nancy brings students together twice a month to cook, share, & learn about each other’s cultures through food.

With about 25 students involved, this incredible program goes beyond the kitchen—creating connection, understanding, & friendship. Nancy’s mission is simple but powerful: bridge differences by breaking bread together.

We’re honored to be a small part of that journey, with our tofu featured in their cooking classes—like this week’s delicious tofu stir-fry! 🥢✨

Here’s to food that nourishes more than just our bodies ❤️
