Harborfest – Ontario Beach Park Program Committee We’re excited to announce that this year’s Harborfest will feature a visit from the 1893 tall ship LETTIE G. HOWARD! The Lettie G. will offer dockside tours and public sails while at the Port of Rochester.

May is both National Boating Safety Month and National Water Safety Month.

Whether your family is cruising on the deck or jumping off the swim platform, the goal is the same: coming home safe. This month, let’s focus on the basics:

- Life jackets on for the little ones (and the big ones too!).

- Constant supervision whenever kids are near the water.

- Learning to swim as a life-saving skill.

Tomorrow is Opening Day for the season! Normal tour hours are from 1PM to 5PM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Last tour starts at 4:15 p.m. The open season runs Friday May 1, 2026 until November 1, 2026. Special tours can be arranged during off hours by calling the number on our FB contact listing.
