Coffee shops just make coffee. How hard can that be??? 🤣 There is science behind a great cup of coffee! Here at DW Coffee Shop Rochester & Wind Lake, Wi we don’t mess around. We are continually educating ourselves. Last week the hubby and I went to Chicago for a coffee conference. Oh the things you learn and the amazing people you meet. The coffee industry is ever changing and we want to be the best we can. It never ends! Education only makes us better.

Sitting here at 5:30am on a Sunday before all the hustle and bustle. I am grateful daily for this place. I was given a gift of opportunity years back and can’t believe how happy it makes me.
Don’t get me wrong, it is hard work, long days and long nights, but it has been so worth it. The staff at both locations are amazing, our customers are even more amazing. Thank you to all who believed in me. Thank you to my husband and kids for always standing next to me and being my biggest supporters.

Our Waterford community has always come together when one of our own needs support, and right now that support is needed for Quinn Adamek, a Village of Waterford Firefighter and EMT who was tragically injured in a motorcycle accident on May 23, 2026.

One of our amazing employees and a good friend of Quinn organized these Quinn Strong bracelets to help raise funds for Quinn’s recovery. We’re honored to be a part of this effort and to help support such an outstanding young man.

A quick note from DW Coffee Rochester

We love offering a welcoming outdoor space for our community. Recently, a few patio items were damaged or taken. Please be mindful that this is the first incident in four years, and we truly believe it does not reflect the amazing customers or community who support us every day.

DW Coffee ROCHESTER is hiring. Dishwasher/ cleaning/ behind the scenes position available for weekends. Saturday & Sunday 8:30am-2:30pm. Must be at least 14 years old.
