Next week, in a historic moment, the bishops will consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus on the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

The event will be livestreamed on the USCCB YouTube channel on June 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET from the Basilica of the National Shrine of Mary, Queen of the Universe in Orlando, Florida as a part of the bishops’ spring plenary assembly.
