OK, here at Command HQ, questions have been pouring in like premium coffee about some of the particulars of Krav 101. As I love me some fine coffee, I’ll indulge. Summer’s almost here, and that means your kids need activity that gets them out of the house! Krav Kids is our special six-week program for boys and girls age 6 - 13. Krav Kids will develop their ability to focus, to persevere, and to stay safe...all in a fun and energetic environment! Classes begin on Tuesday July 7 at 10:00 AM and run right through to August 11. BREAKING: For new learners who want to start training, with a focus on fundamentals, Krav Maga Rochester continues down the road with our 8-week foundations course, Krav 101.

In this beginner’s class, you’ll get basic training in striking, blocking, footwork, and grabs and holds. With the goal of earning your Krav Maga yellow belt upon completion, you’ll be ready to step from this introductory course into the broader world of Krav Maga Street Defence!
