I would like to notify you of a change that will take place June 1, 2024. There will be an increase in charges for all massage rates. $80 per hour is very much below the average market value for a deep tissue massage given by an established professional of therapeutic massage in Rochester, MN. The standard rate for an hour of deep tissue massage at most other places can be as high as $125 for an hour of therapeutic massage. Some places might charge you a standard $90/hr then add on an additional cost of $20-$40 for deep tissue, myofascial, sports massage, etc. Since I use the techniques I deem to be appropriate at the time along with the goals you have expressed at the beginning of your session; “adding on” does not fit with the type of massage I give you. You pay based on the time I have spent with you, no hidden fees! Centered on my level of education and 30 years of experience working in the therapeutic massage profession; I believe the price changes are appropriate at this time.

New massage charges starting June 1,2024*

30-minute massage …………. $55.00
45-minute massage ………… $72.00
60-minute massage ………… $90.00
90-minute massage ……….. $130.00

*All my charges are same day cash only; I do not bill insurance. I do however except HSA and FSA debit cards as payment if applicable.

Hello all, just a friendly reminder that there is a 4% charge when using debit/credit cards.

Also, I will be going on vacation July 1st and will not be back in the office until the 13th. Yeah me! 😀

Hey, just a heads up; we are now charging a processing fee for credit/debit cards. So you can bring a check or cash if you don't want to pay the fee. The fee is like 4% of the charge; about 3ish dollars for an hour? See you soon! Sharon
