Rochester Parkour is a Movement Academy for Parkour Education, Bodyweight Movement Calisthenics, and Ninja Warrior Training. We host classes, open gym training, Personal Training, and events ranging from Ninja Warrior Competitions, Nerf Wars, Tag Competitions and more!

Skill event was *awesome* this year! Huge shout out to all the athletes that came and to the spectators for cheering them all on.
Also huge shout out to for letting us beta test his new scoring format for skill comps. It was a great success and there's a lot of promise to making these Skill comps easier to format and easier to score for athletes.

With excitement, we are happy to be announcing that The Rochester Parkour Gym has a new name! Dynamic Movement Gym!
It's been an incredible honor to have served Rochester for the last 18 years under our old name, but we think Dynamic is better suited and representative of the amazing, diverse community that has supported it throughout its life.
Our vision is the same - to create an environment that can foster a community where people come together and move in unique and beneficial ways that nurtures their physical and mental health. A place where toddlers, teenagers, young professionals, and grandparents can all find joy and inspiration in movement.
We are one of the longest running parkour gyms in the world, all thanks to this incredible community.

Here's to another 18 and more as Dynamic!
Should be ready by this Saturday's rebrand event. Not entirely sure how we'll get it to the gym, but I'm sure we'll figure it out :)
November parties are booking super fast! Nerf war bday parties for kids ages 6+ in a parkour gym!
We're looking for new coaches!
Coach Jonathan just started a Master's program and Sam is unfortunately transferring to go to SUNY Stony Brook in NYC. That means we have some classes with some *amazing* kids and adults that need your guidance and support!
We almost exclusively hire from within, but this time we're making the notice public.
If you have a sports coaching or fitness related background, or if you have a strong willingness to learn how to teach movement at a professional level, send a resume to [email protected].

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to write a review - even the ones that aren't 5 stars. 15 years in business and we've managed to keep 4.9 stars.
