Following the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra’s performances of Mahler’s “Resurrection” Symphony in October 2011, one thing is certain—Rochesterians love Mahler! Arild Remmereit has expressed his desire to perform the works of Gustav Mahler since he was announced as the RPO’s eleventh Music Director more than a year ago.
