It is with a heavy heart, that I share the passing of my sister-in-law, Becky Erickson. She was a blessing as a wife to my brother Cal, as a Mother, Sister, and Aunt to our family, and a wonderful Friend to so many around her. Becky has the sweetest servant's heart, that was truly on fire for the Lord Jesus Christ, and her works were glorifying to Him and His Love and Grace. She will be greatly missed; but, we also find peace that she is experiencing a love that none of us could offer here on earth - with Jesus in Paradise. Believers, we will see Becky again, and rejoice with her in that victorious day. Please continue to pray for those close to Becky, as we mourn the loss of our Sister. ❤ ✝

With the election being done… we move forward. How? Well we stop playing us against them, for that particular battle has been decided. We need to stop pointing fingers and start considering the issues to address as our baseline to work from - together.

Whether Red or Blue you need to ask yourself the following:

Blue (Liberals):
How about people stop judging with the hate that the left wing media is pushing so hard and judge this administration by the results it will bring for the safety, well being, and prosperity of the ACTUAL citizens of this country. Fight for your rights and freedoms - you may be surprised how the Republicans will defend that by your side. That should always be the first priority of an elected leader of our Republic. Trump delivered excellent results his first term for our nation, now we’ll see what he can do with the first 1460… and potentially another 1460 if all goes well…. And we shouldn’t complain if it does, but celebrate as true Patriots of our nation that you claim to be standing for. ❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Red (Conservatives):
Let’s not celebrate this battle as a defeat of the other side. Instead let us view this as an opportunity to address the issues driving this nation to the ditch; for there is a lot of war left to fight in our nation. That war is only won with results - so let us be in prayer for this new Administration to do the right things for the safety and well-being of our ACTUAL citizens (as the priority), and then with grace and love, helping others as we can, that TRULY need it. Let our reaction to this victory, model respect and kindness, so that Jesus may be seen through the actions of our lives. Let us open our hands to shake and serve side by side with our fellow Americans! ❤️ 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Regardless of your political affiliation... this is just hatred that is driving evil actions from people. This is absolutely horrible, and this type of action should hold very harsh judgement/penalty. And do I see anyone from the other party stating this is wrong, and telling their supporters to stop these actions? Stop the hate? No... just an "unfortunate event" that is swept aside, and supporters posting further hate of how they are sorry they missed again... This is just disgusting... 🙄.

Politics today has created a society that is not in line with our forefathers, and the heart of the American Patriot. The hate that continues to be tossed back and forth gets us absolutely nowhere. What are the actual issues we are trying to address through the parties? What are their plans to actually address the issues? We need to hire (elect) someone to clean up this mess, and pull our Republic back to it's foundational principles, freedoms, rights, safety, and well-being of the ACTUAL citizens of the United States as Priority #1. We cannot continue to take our country down the path we are currently on. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Folks - fact check everything you are hearing today from both parties. Here is a blatant example of a politician feeding you garbage to make themselves look better during their election campaign… and there are SO many examples out there.. Wow! 🙄

Again - fact check and confirm from both sides… ACTUAL facts, not just what “your preferred channel” says… do the digging into ACTUAL resources. It’s sad that we have to do the work of journalists today… but they simply cannot be trusted as anything more than propaganda.

True journalism died a long time ago… 🙄.

As a Guitar Player, I enjoyed learning the song Cliffs of Dover by Eric Johnson. As we look forward to voting for our next POTUS and VPOTUS, I would ask that people look beyond the finger pointing, and name calling that politics has become. Instead, we should be looking at the platforms for each party, and our confidence that the representative nominated will deliver those goals. I feel there are great discussions that can be had from each item, from both parties.

In addition, we should be electing officials that will be working FOR the actual citizens of the USA; making our safety, wellbeing, equality and prosperity priority #1. Otherwise, why are we electing them to run our country?? Like it or not - POTUS is simply a job. Success should be measured by results for the stakeholders (US Citizens) that hired that person for the job.

As a follow up from my previous certification post - I am extremely excited to announce that I have passed Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Exam, and will be adding this to my professional profiles, and resume. Although these may not jump me to the top of the pile of applicants, I am hopeful it will help. I'm appreciating my very blessed life today, and trusting God's leading for my next steps.

Once again - Thank you to everyone for your ongoing encouragement and support through my career. I truly appreciate each friend, every prayer, and the opportunities I have had to work with so many fantastic people during my life... so many that have become lifelong friends!

Hello Friends,

I'm excited... and truly blessed!! 🙌🥳

As many of you know, my last day with IBM was on April 11, 2024. It has been a great time of self-discovery, and a reality check of what job-seeking looks like outside of IBM. My experience in "Big Blue" was well respected inside IBM; however, outside IBM, I am simply another resume in the pile. So - I have been utilizing my time to look into education/certifications within the Project Management industry for Leaders... and I have been working toward 2 specific certifications.

So today - I am extremely excited to announce that I have passed my Program Management Professional (PMP) Exam, and will be adding this to my professional profiles, and resume. I will also be completing the training for the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) next week, and hope to complete that testing by the end of the month as well. Although these may not jump me to the top of the pile of applicants, I am hopeful it will help. 😉

In addition, I am roughly 60% complete with my BS/MS in Accelerated Information Technology (IT), and hope to pursue that once I gain employment again. I truly hope to complete that by 2027, and seek further Executive leadership roles. But for now... I'm appreciating my very blessed life today, and trusting God's leading for my next steps.

Thank you to everyone for your ongoing encouragement and support through my career. I truly appreciate each friend, every prayer, and the opportunities I have had to work with so many fantastic people during my life... so many that have become lifelong friends!
