We’re leaning into summer now that it’s finally here. A lot of bright and refreshing flavors. We have four (!!!) collabs this month in addition to Laughing Gull Chocolates vegan chocolate ice cream which is always on the menu.

People have been telling me they want a late night ice cream shop because almost everywhere else closes at 9. So here you go (if you are one of those people).

We’re going to try shifting our hours to 2-10 this week and see what happens. If it ends up being worth staying up an extra hour, we’ll keep it; I’m already sleep deprived so what’s another hour? If not, we’ll switch back and continue to enjoy going to bed at a reasonable hour.

TO BE CLEAR this doesn’t mean “hey everyone please show up all at once at 9:45pm yayyyy” but people have been generally good about not arriving two minutes to close and ordering 10 pints so we haven’t had to make one of those videos of BOH crashing out, though you know our version would make everyone heave with laughter. And maybe we will make one anyways to try and go . Sorry if your algorithm hasn’t shown you those vids and you have no idea what I’m talking about; maybe now it will.

Anywhooo 2-10 this weekend. I’ll adjust the Google Apple and Yelp pages. June menu bc it’s June. The most popular flavors have been selling out around 8. Maybe we’ll do a pint sale next week to offload some May flavors. We’ll keep you posted.

Hi! This week, we are sticking to our “normal” hours at the shop.

We brought the cart to the Rochester Night Market yesterday from 6-10PM and plan to be back there biweekly for the summer ☀️
