These tiramisu cake truffles start with an ultra soft brown butter cake and are mixed up with espresso, Baileys, and mascarpone 😍 (literally what could be better) I channel the style of truffle by coating them in a thin layer of dark chocolate before rolling them in a crunchy chocolate crumb.

The flavor combination that inspired this whole month’s box! Guava and cream cheese is a popular flavor combination in the Caribbean and I knew I had to make something when I spotted guava jelly . These cookies are sweet, creamy, tangy, and crunchy from the sugar coating— a combination keeps you coming back for more!

Think of these beauties as chocolate chip’s grown up cousin who studies abroad 😆
