Some new Vanities for this NW Rochester Townhouse
These were tougher than usual...
With having limited space, the vanities needed to go against the wall on their left... But one of the sinks couldn't drop in.. I just couldn't give up there!
Nobody will ever notice it but I had to tilesaw off an inch from the countertop to get it to fit!
This is why you should pay a professional, they've got the tools for any situation 😉👍

Another day, another deck - rebuilt and restained
These old stairs and railing got pretty beaten up over the years by many brutal Minnesota winters
Beefier stairs construction fixed the wobble, Westbury Railings made for a sturdier guardrail and SuperDeck brought these weathered deck boards back to life!

As long as you know how to fix your mistakes

And aren't afraid to find alternative solutions 🫠

Which do you prefer?

I usually recommend neutral beige and gray tones like Sherwin Williams' Agreeable Gray or Accessible Beige but some of my clients favor the more vibrant colors that POP!

What would you choose?

Throwback to when .doherty.mn and I moved into our first home!

This old and rotten deck was the first thing to go... But why replace when you can upgrade...

So we doubled the decks size and added another platform in front of our master bedroom window

Then added a door in place of the window to make for a seriously useful walkout!

Homeowning isn't always the easiest but it can be really rewarding at times 😁👍
