Due to past issues, Fedder no longer leases to bands. Units can not be used as "Event" spaces. Because the building is locked outside of standard business hours (tenants have a fob), Fedder is not an ideal location for businesses that demand frequent client visits (barbershop, salon, cosmetology, etc.).

Everything is included; however, we ask tenants to disclose their equipment. Equipment with a high electrical output will require a surcharge. Commercial liability insurance is required.
