A Socially Distant Man For All Jobs! While Covid 19 made many weary of that term, I choose to embrace it. Why?
Not because I'm anti-social, but because it's what led me to start making (or re-modeling) lemonade out of crap 6 years ago. $75 per hour for rough and finish carpentry, tiling, screen repair and general labor, $100 per hour for two-man crew and $125 per hour for three-man crew.

2024 Highlights #3, 2 & 1: Now that we're almost halfway through 2025, I am going to conclude last year's highlights with a project that was so awesome it warrants three anticipation-inducing posts! Here is the starting point of a fireplace overhaul my client commissioned as a surprise Christmas gift to his wife.

2024 Highlight #4: As I don't do much landscaping, this one makes the list mainly because of who it was for (my good buddy & former Ford client, Wes), the fact that he, his son & even his wife helped with the heavy lifting, and how it looks one year later!!

2024 Highlight #5: Every now & then, a client thanks me in an extroidinary way! My friend, Pauline (a recently-widowed referral from my friends Kevin, Molly & Adriana @ Stewart Team Real Estate Partners), is one of those clients. Recognizing my love for music, which she was "treated to" while I completed many tasks (installing new smoke detectors, addressing plumbing issues, repairing drywall damage, etc.) to ready her house for sale, she insisted on giving me some albums from her husband's collection. Since then, I've coompleted several more tasks at her new home that could very well make my '25 Highlights.
2024 Highlight #6: Here is the massive pergola / tin roof structure mentioned in the prior highlight that transformed the patio of this Rochester client and will soon cover their new outdoor kitchen.
