4th graders marked the end of their final full day of school with an ice cream celebration of their Coin Race victory! Congratulations 4th grade Hornets! (group picture is from yesterday’s 4th Potato Olympics!). We appreciate Sarah Viers and Connie Chan for helping to bring and hand out ice cream and toppings for the occasion!

One last call for field day volunteers! Mr. Cooney has asked for 6 more volunteers to fill the open 12:15-3:00 slots tomorrow afternoon for field day. Please help if you can! All you need to do is show up by the Hampton playground at 12:15 and Mr. Cooney will tell you exactly what to do. With nearly 600 students at Hampton, Mr. Cooney needs our help to make this event happen. (All volunteers need approved iChats on file)

In honor of our graduating 5th grade Hornets, Hampton PTA, with the help of Mrs. Bachman, will be adding these books to the library collection with a book plate honoring the class of 2033! 🎓Congratulations 5th graders and good luck with your transition to middle school!

Hampton Custodian Cazim Nikovic was honored by an anonymous individual who made a donation in his name to the RCS Foundation and shared the following kind words: "Cazim is always working behind the scenes to make sure our Hampton Hornets have a clean and comfortable learning environment. Whenever I run into him at school whether it’s during the school day or in the evening during afterschool activities, he greets us with a friendly smile and is always willing to help."
