The Northern Ponca Housing Authority recently completed an $11 million dollar, 5 acre, elder housing and care development in Omaha, NE. The project provides affordable senior living that maintains tribal cultural customs. For the community furnishings, the NPHA selected the TallGrass collection by SiteScapes.

SiteScapes is so proud to have been part of the April Sampson Cancer Center in our home town of Lincoln, Nebraska and worked with local partners Olsson, Sampson Construction, and Bryan Health. This video from Olsson shows the beautiful transformation from pasture land to state of the art healthcare facility. Cardinal Pride is the focal point of the $9.8 million dollar Clarinda High School renovation project. The project added six classrooms, new administrative offices and common areas to the growing community school.

As part of the ongoing landscape enhancement project at the University of Creighton, the university has contracted with SiteScapes to design and provide custom perimeter landscape screening. The result is the PublicMetro Landscape Screen. These fence panel screens consist of an attractive and robust quarter inch laser cut screen attached to durable steel mounting posts.

In 2017 the City of Princeton, TX embarked on a mission to develop a park and trail system aimed at community cohesiveness, retail, and mixed use expansion. The result of this effort is known as Crossroads Municipal Center and Park. The city has placed dozens of Canopy park benches and Avondale trash receptacles along this mile plus development.

Covenant Health Stadium in Knoxville is a state of the art mixed use stadium serving as the home of the Double-A Knoxville Smokies and the One Knoxville professional soccer team. The 6,355 seat venue opened April 15, 2025 and boasts more than 1,500 linear feet of SiteScapes custom drink rail.

The City of Lincoln, Bryan Medical Center, and Cancer Partners of Nebraska collaborated to build this 140,000 square foot, state of the art, cancer treatment facility. This all inclusive facility will provide patients with in house screening, imaging, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. The 28 acres also includes an outdoor healing garden that incorporates a walking path, ponds and a gazebo.
