Finally finished my deck up. Only a year in the making lol.

Finished this one up. All together on this job was: Tongue and groove in all of living room ceiling and both deck ceilings, trimmed out all windows, trimmed out and hung all interior doors, hung attic access door where he wanted.

Got the repair done today. Tore the bad off, lathed, scratch coat, rock, and grouted.

In the process of a chimney repair. Tore the old problem area off, put wire lathe on. Stay tuned for finished product.

Installed gutter guards, replaced all screws and neoprene washers, and cleaned the roof.

Finished this one up: 16 windows, T&G in main living area and both porch ceilings. Also added an attic access hole.

Latest projects. Cedar patio tied into existing roof. Not finished yet. Going to do tongue and groove inside with lights and a fan so stay tuned.!

Well I wrapped this one up with a little help on the last day. Thanks for the patience and all the work from Kim Newman. Deck with fans, outlets, and rails/benches. Door cut in where the window was, two storm doors added, shelving, gate, carport attached to the house, sidewalk. Forgot to get the pics of the sidewalk done.

From the porch to a carport connected to the house and gate. Slowly but surely it’s coming along.

First pic is first build day except for footers. Complete with railings on front that turn into benches, three new outlets for the deck, two fans, and a door that needs trimmed out. Also added a few outlets on the side of the house. Now for a much needed vacay.

Gettin this one done slowly but surely. Put the mini ex to work a little, what a back saver. Plenty more to do. Steps, putting in a door, lights, fans, carport, shelves, you name it!

Screened top and bottom with three doors. Turned out good!

Start to finish. First day setting floor trusses, last day caulking.

Finally got my part done on this one. A lot of work for one fella, sometimes two.

Hog wire panels in on all decks. On to siding!

Moving along. Ramp put in (will have concrete formed at the end for a smooth transition). Stairs done, small deck on the side I forgot to get pics of, and railing going in.

Another good week. Stairs built with temporary treads to fit custom Amish cabinets that will be going in, finished exterior doors and decks going up!
