Roaring Spring Historical Society
Welcome to the official page for the Roaring Spring Historical Society! Regular monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7 PM.
The Roaring Spring historical society was incorporated in 1987 to preserve the history of the Borough and this portion of the railroad that serves the Cove. The Train Station was built in 1906 and the restored 1942 N5C PRR caboose, originally made in Juniata, Altoona, Pa., was added to the property in 1992. Meetings are held at the Train Station.
