We are the official Virginia State Chapter of Represent Us, working to end the corrupting influence of money in politics.
We a group of citizens throughout Virginia organizing support for the RepresentUS draft American Anti-Corruption Act. Since 2014, many political leaders have committed to not taking big money to support their campaigns. The City/Town councils of Roanoke City, Vinton, and Blacksburg have passed AntiCorruption resolutions. As Dominion Energy is the lead big money controlling agent, we are calling upon candidates not to take their donations.
