Why hello there! We're happy to announce that we'll be taking some orders this holiday season. We've got some awesome classics available:

- Cupcake box (12 cupcakes): red velvet, egg nog (pictured), chocolate mint, double dark chocolate // $50
- Cookie sandwich box (6 cookies): sugar/vanilla, red velvet/cream cheese, chocolate chip/vanilla // $25
- Alfajores (12 per box) // $50

Prices include delivery within 10 miles of the old Pastel location in South Roanoke. Send us a message to order and arrange a delivery day!

Saturday before the storm! As we wrap up our move out of our retail location, we wanted to share an update! First, Brunella's been studying hard for her GRE and we've got her first tours and interviews lining up (let's all pray she goes the smart route and becomes the latest Tennessee Vol in the family 🍊🍊🍊 ).

Next, we've been managing our baking for wholesale and are working out the kinks to get online ordering back up and running, which will hopefully be ready next week but much more likely the next week.

One of the cool things about real baking is that you can experiment with all kinds of things. We've been playing around a lot lately with different flour mixes and ratios... Can't do that out of a box!

ALMOST THERE! We'll be back to taking orders at the end of this month, just in time to reward your loves (or yourself!) with a scratch-made ! We're already super excited to make a load of sweet Valentine's Weekend deliveries... We love you all, and thanks for your support!

Levi and I just had for the Nth time their Crispy Chicken Sandwich! Bravo 👏- so delicious! It never disappoints.

We had a nice little holiday reprieve but are back full steam experimenting and baking. This is Levi's test batch of funfetti sugar cookies with a special blend of different types of flour... Let's see how they turn out!

We made it out to to start our Christmas season! Levi of course has the Gingerbread Man in the dark... Brunella opted for the red wine barrel Colorshow with Blueberries! Collaborating with other businesses is probably our favorite part of having Pastel!
