Which do you prefer sunrise or sunset? If I had to choose, it would be sunrise. I feel like sunrise feels calmer and more peaceful than sunset. And it is always a rewarding feeling to get up early enough to see the sunrise. Leave a comment and let me know which you prefer!

Last week when Taylor Jones and I tried to go on a hike and ended up having to change plans we found this waterfall on the way home. and I attempted to go do The Great Channels hike in Tazewell, VA but unfortunately the parking situation at that specific trail is very limited and kind of a mess. So we ended up heading back home and stumbled on this hidden gem. All the fall vibes plus a gorgeous waterfall.

The reward at the top is always worth it. Espeically so when there is a veiw like this waitng for you. Do you guys have any recommendations for hikes in the SW Virginia?

Fall is finally here! This is by far my favorite time of year to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and colors. This was one of my favorite hikes that and I have done in a long time (Devils Bathtub in Duffield VA). What are your favorite things to do or places to go during this time of year?
