Congratulations to Mr. Luster and our Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble at the District 7 FBA Concert Band MPA yesterday! Our Wind Ensemble received Straight Superiors and our Symphonic Band received 2 Superiors and 2 Excellents. This is a result of countless hours of dedication and pride. There are many people to thank for helping us along our journey. Dr. McCutchen, Mrs. Ross, Mr. Fraze, Mr. Hope, Mr. Shultz, Anthony Salabarria, Mr. Ellis, our incredible booster board, RVHS administration, and RVHS fine arts teachers. Now to reset and prepare for our Spring Concert after a bit of rest.

Congratulations to our senior horn player, Nicolas Hart, on his last All-State performance today at the Florida Music Educators Association Conference! After having an outstanding reseating audition on Thursday, Nicolas earned FIRST CHAIR in the state of Florida. Truly remarkable! We are so proud of you Nick!!! 🎶

We have a record number of students earning seats in the HCPS All-County ensembles this year! We also had 3 students nominated into the USF Festival of Winds Honor Band and 1 student earning a seat in the Florida All-State Symphonic Band. We are so proud of their extra effort to positively represent our band program! 🎶🎺🎉

We had a ton of fun performing at the 2nd annual Brandon Parade of Lights this past Saturday! Shout out to the Riverview JROTC 🙌🏻
