Crock Pot Cabbage Stew

1 – head of cabbage chopped
2 lbs – ground sausage (I prefer Bob Evans Spicy)
1 -2 – onions sliced into skinny strips
1/4 - cup of parmesan cheese
3-6 teaspoons of minced garlic (the more the better)
1 – tablespoon of parsley (fresh chopped or dry)
2 – beef bouillon cubes
1 – cup of water
1 10 oz can of Tomato or vegetable juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Brown sausage, add to crock pot. Add chopped onions and garlic, parmesan, salt & pepper, stir. Dissolve bouillon cubes in one cup of boiling water and add to crock pot. Add chopped cabbage. Top off with tomato juice. Crock for at least 8 hours on low.
