STAY THE COURSE | MEN'S RETREAT 2026

There comes a point in every servicemember's life when the uniform changes, the mission shifts, and the questions become harder to answer.

Who am I now?

What am I building?

Where do I belong?

From early enlistment to a 15-year career to retirement, every season brings new challenges, new responsibilities, and new opportunities for growth.

What remains constant is the need for community.

The need for men who understand sacrifice.
Men who understand transition.
Men who understand the weight of leadership, service, family, and purpose.

At Full Range Foundation, we believe generations matter.
The wisdom of those who have walked before us matters.
The next generation watching us matters.
The legacy we leave behind matters.

Most importantly, who you are through every phase and season of life is foundational to how you will navigate the journey ahead.

Join us this November for a weekend designed to help men reconnect with purpose, build authentic relationships, and invest in the kind of brotherhood that lasts long after the retreat ends.

🔥 Campfires & conversations

🇺🇸 251 Years of Service.
251 Years of Sacrifice.
251 Years of Purpose.

Today, Full Range Foundation proudly celebrates the 251st Birthday of the United States Army.

We honor the Soldiers who have served our nation since 1775 and the military families who have walked beside them through every deployment, transition, challenge, and homecoming.

At Full Range Foundation, we have the privilege of serving those who continue to carry the weight of service long after the uniform comes off. We believe every veteran, service member, and spouse deserves support, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose.

To every Soldier who has served, and every family who has stood the watch beside them—thank you.

This We’ll Defend. 🇺🇸

Built on Grit. Driven by Love. ❤️

Military Couples, If nothing changes, where will your current habits take you?

06/10/2026

There was a season in our marriage when I kept saying, “It doesn’t matter.”

What I didn’t realize was that underneath those words was a deeper belief:

“I don’t matter.”

As a military spouse, years of deployments, transitions, responsibilities, PTSD, and simply surviving life can slowly cause you to lose sight of yourself. Not all at once. Just one small drift at a time.

Joe and I found ourselves living together but feeling miles apart emotionally. It reminded me of the Grand Canyon we once hiked—him on the North Rim, me on the South Rim. The distance between us felt impossible to cross.

The truth is, marriages rarely fall apart overnight.

They drift.

One conversation not had.
One hurt left unspoken.
One disappointment buried.
One more day of surviving instead of connecting.

What began changing our marriage wasn’t a grand gesture.

It was choosing the journey.

Choosing to listen.
Choosing curiosity over assumptions.
Choosing honesty over silence.
Choosing to turn toward each other instead of away.

Today, I want to encourage the military spouse who feels lost, exhausted, unseen, or disconnected.

It is not too late.

Not too late to rediscover yourself.
Not too late to reconnect.
Not too late to challenge the lies that have shaped your story.
Not too late to take one step toward the person you love.

Stay the Course isn’t about pretending everything is okay.

It’s about choosing the next right step, even when the path feels uncertain.

💬 Military spouses, what has helped you stay connected during difficult seasons of marriage?

06/09/2026

Most marriages don't suddenly fall apart.
Most relationships drift.
Most leaders drift.
Most families drift.
Most people drift.

Drifting happens when life becomes reactive instead of intentional.

Awareness is the ability to notice:
where you are?
where you're going?
what is shaping you?
what is pulling you off course?
Before we can stay the course...
we must first recognize when we're drifting.

Military culture teaches us to assess the mission.
Mental wellness begins when we learn to assess ourselves.

Question:
👉 What emotion have you felt most?

06/06/2026

Many people do not struggle because they are weak.
They struggle because they are carrying stress, grief, transitions, disappointments, responsibilities, and emotions that have never been properly identified, processed, or understood.

Self-awareness is the ability to recognize:
What am I thinking?
What am I feeling?
What is happening in my body?
What need is going unmet?
What is influencing my reactions?
Without awareness, we react.

With awareness, we can choose how to respond.

Micro Steps = Growth 👣

Sometimes growth isn’t a breakthrough—it’s a simple moment of awareness.

One client shared how using our Emotion Wheel to help a teenager led to a deeper realization about themselves:

“I can quickly identify it in others, but not myself.”

That’s where change begins.
