Registration for current students is happening now! 🌟
Once you’ve had a chance to review your evaluation, start thinking about which classes you’d like to continue and whether you’d like to add any new classes for the upcoming season. Come to the front desk and let’s get your classes ready 💕
Current students receive priority registration, so be sure to secure your spot early!

🌟 Student Appreciation Week: June 8–12 🌟
This week, we celebrate our amazing students! We have had such a wonderful year and are so grateful for each and every one of you. Your hard work, dedication, growth, and positive attitudes have made this season so special.
Be on the lookout for student evaluations, which will be handed out this week. We are excited to recognize all that you’ve accomplished and share feedback as we prepare for another great year ahead.
Thank you for being part of our studio family, we appreciate you! 💙✨

Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center

1. Arrival Instructions
**Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled show time.
**Dancers must check in at the back of the building at the Performer’s Entrance.
**Do NOT use the main entrance for dancer check-in.
**Only one parent/guardianshould accompany the dancer to check-in.
**Please know the name of your dancer’s class to help our staff check you in efficiently.
**Guests should enter through the main entrance and remain in the lobby until seating opens.
2. Dress & Preparation
**Dancers must arrive in full costume, with hair and makeup completed.
**If your dancer is performing in more than one routine, please arrive in the costume for their first dance.
**Label all shoes and personal belongings with your dancer’s name.
3. Backstage & During the Show
**Once checked in, dancers will remain backstage with teachers and staff for the entire show.
**Dancers will wait in assigned dressing rooms.
**Teachers and staff will assist with costume changes as needed.
**Quiet activities such as coloring books, games, or toys are welcome.
**Only bottled water is allowed backstage.
**All snacks and belongings should be packed in a clearly identifiable bag.
**Videos and games will be provided to help keep dancers comfortable and entertained.
4. Show Information
**Show A and Show B have short intermission.
**Parents are not permitted backstage during the performance.
**Typical recital running time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5. Check-Out Process
**At the end of the show, one parent should pick up their dancer in the main lobby, following the same procedure as dress rehearsal.
**Dancers will not be released directly from the stage.
**Parents will not be allowed backstage during check-out.
**After your dancer is checked out, they are free to leave.
Additional Notes
* Dancers may invite as many friends and family members as they wish.
* Additional tickets are available for purchase through ArtTix
* PRE-ORDERED Flowers will be available for pick up at dancer check in; Candy grams will be delivered to

Dress Rehearsal at the Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center

Do NOT use the main entrance for dancer check-in.
We will be rehearsing on the Main Stage.
Only one parent/guardian should accompany the dancer to check-in.
Please know the name of your dancer’s class to help our staff check you in efficiently.

Dancers must arrive in full costume, with hair and makeup completed.
If your dancer is in more than one routine, please arrive in the costume for their first dance.

3. During Rehearsal
Once checked in, dancers will remain backstage with teachers and staff.
Dancers will be es**rted to the stage for rehearsal.
Parents may wait in the auditorium during rehearsal.
4. Check-Out Process
After your dancer finishes rehearsing, parents will pick up their dancer in the main lobby.
Dancers will not be released directly from the stage.
Once checked out, your dancer is free to leave.

Arrival Time: Please arrive at the studio 15 minutes before your dancer’s scheduled picture time.
Check-In: When you arrive, check in at the front desk. A staff member will es**rt your dancer to our designated waiting area and help them prepare for their photos.
Parent Drop-Off & Pick-Up: To keep the process organized and minimize congestion, parents of dancers age 5 and older we request that you drop off your dancer and return for pick up 15 minutes after their scheduled picture time.
Please Note: Due to limited space, only dancers and staff will be allowed in the waiting area and photography rooms. Parents of dancers who are under 4 years old are welcome to remain in the lobby during their child’s picture session.
Please ensure your dancer arrives fully dressed, with hair and any required accessories ready to go!

🎉 This month is packed full of exciting events, so please pay close attention to the calendar!
We are so excited for our recital this Saturday and can’t wait to see all the hard work, dedication, and talent our students have been putting in throughout the season.
✨ A friendly reminder: Classes will continue as scheduled through June 25th, so the fun doesn’t end after recital weekend!

✨ We are so excited for our End-of-Season Recital this week! ✨
Please check your email for important information that was recently sent out regarding recital week.
📸 Friday: Studio pictures will be held at our Riverton studio.
🎭 Saturday: Rehearsal and recital day! We can’t wait to see all of our dancers shine on stage.
And don’t forget, our season isn’t over just yet! Regular classes will continue through June 25th, so there’s still plenty of dancing ahead.
Thank you for an incredible season. We are so proud of all of our dancers and can’t wait to celebrate their hard work this weekend! 💜🩰✨
We can’t find just one word to describe our Music Recital.
The talent, dedication, and hard work on display were truly inspiring. These musicians show up week after week, put in the hours of practice at home, and it absolutely shines through in every performance.
We are so proud of each and every one of them. Their passion for music and commitment to growth is remarkable, and we wouldn’t be surprised to see many of them performing on the big stage one day.
Congratulations to all of our musicians on an incredible recital. Your hard work is paying off, and it shows! 🎶✨👏
