And I’m just honestly impressed every time at what I can accomplish with a kitchen aid mixer, an oven & a dishwasher.

Arguably my favorite part of any big bake day.

& honestly, I don’t get to enjoy this part every time. I get behind, make mistakes and sometimes my sourdough goes wacky and I have to re-make it. But today I did, and it was just so good!
