'Intensive Outpatient Program' sounds intimidating. Here's what a week of virtual IOP at TeleHope actually looks like 💻
🌱 A few group sessions from your couch, real people, real support, cameras on or off as you settle in
🌱 Individual therapy with a licensed clinician who knows your story
🌱 Skills you use the same day: CBT, DBT, coping tools
🌱 Life keeps going: work, school, family, care fits around it, not instead of it
More support than weekly therapy. No pause button on your life. Most PPO insurance accepted 💙
Curious if it's right for you? Ask us, no pressure, ever!

Weekend reminder: you’re allowed to be new at this 💙
New at boundaries. New at resting without guilt. New at saying ‘actually, I’m not okay.’ New at therapy
Nobody is born knowing how to take care of their mental health, it’s a skill, and every skill has an awkward beginner phase
Be as patient with yourself learning this as you’d be with someone you love 🌱
For the moments when anxiety hits and your thoughts start sprinting: grounding techniques bring you back to right now 🧘
Save these for your next spiral:
🌱 5-4-3-2-1: name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste
🌱 Cold reset: cold water on your wrists or face
🌱 Box breathing: in for 4, hold 4, out 4, hold 4
🌱 Feet on the floor: press down, notice the ground holding you
🌱 Name it to tame it: ‘I’m having an anxious moment’ not ‘I AM anxious’
These aren’t a replacement for treatment, but they’re powerful first aid. And if anxious moments are more like anxious months? That’s exactly what we’re here for 💙

Meet Jill, our Client Care Coordinator at TeleHope Behavioral Health 🤍
Jill plays an important role in supporting clients throughout their treatment journey, helping them navigate their goals and feel supported every step of the way
She also facilitates our alumni groups, creating a space for continued connection and encouragement beyond active treatment. Drawing from both her professional experience and her own recovery journey, Jill brings a compassionate and understanding perspective to everything she does
Her goal is simple: to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and empowered as they move forward in their journey!
We’re so grateful to have Jill as part of the TeleHope team!
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy 🤍
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong. You don’t need to have the perfect words to explain how you’re feeling. And you don’t have to wait until you’re in a crisis to ask for support.
Therapy can simply be a place to start unpacking what’s been on your mind, understanding yourself a little better, and getting the support you deserve.
Sometimes, the first step is just deciding you’re ready to talk.

Rejection happens to everyone but that doesn’t mean it’s easy🤍
Whether it’s in relationships, work, friendships, or everyday life, rejection can bring up feelings of disappointment, self-doubt, and hurt. Give yourself space to feel it, process it, and remember that one “no” does not define your worth.
If rejection has been weighing on you, you don’t have to work through it alone. TeleHope offers online therapy and support from wherever you are.

Today, on World Su***de Prevention Day, we’re reminded that a simple check-in, a listening ear, or a little extra kindness can mean more than we realize.
You never truly know what someone may be carrying behind the scenes. Choose compassion. Make space for honest conversations. Remind the people you love that they matter, they are valued, and they don’t have to face hard moments alone.
If you or someone you know is struggling, support is available. In the U.S., call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Protecting your mental health doesn’t have to mean overhauling your life. These five tiny habits do more heavy lifting than they get credit for 🌱
💙 Sunlight before screens (even 5 minutes outside counts)
💙 One ‘brain dump’ get the swirling thoughts onto paper
💙 A real check-in with one person (‘how are you, actually?’)
💙 A hard stop on doomscrolling before bed
💙 Saying no to ONE thing that drains you this week
Small habits are like deposits in an account you’ll be glad exists on the hard days.
Save this and pick just one to start with 📌
