About La Pastelería:

La Pastelería was started by Elizabeth, a Mexican mother of five with a passion for baking. What began in 2013 as homemade cakes for her children grew into a love for creating a wide variety of pastries. Over the years, she discovered her joy in baking French pastries and blending them with the rich Mexican flavors she grew up with. La Pastelería represents a beautiful mix of Mexican pan dulce, French viennoiserie, and the spices of her culture. Each pastry is baked in small batches and made fresh, giving you a taste of love and home in every bite.

La Pastelería nació del corazón de Elizabeth, una madre mexicana de cinco hijos y apasionada por la repostería. Lo que comenzó en 2013 con pasteles caseros para sus pequeños, se convirtió en un profundo amor por crear postres únicos y llenos de sabor.

Con el paso del tiempo, Elizabeth descubrió la repostería francesa y decidió combinarla con los sabores, aromas y tradiciones mexicanas que marcaron su infancia. Así nació La Pastelería, una deliciosa fusión entre el pan dulce mexicano, la viennoiserie francesa y las especias de su cultura.

Cada creación se elabora en pequeños lotes y se hornea fresca, con el mismo amor y calidez de hogar que la inspiraron desde el principio
