Founded in 2008. An American company built on aerospace engineering experience brought to making yoyos that are precision instruments used in competition.

As a kid I loved yoyos. In 2007 at the age of 44 I was emerged in the aerospace industry programming CNC machines and engineering. I found it necessary to design my own yoyo for fun, never intending to start a business. I named my first yoyo the Torrent". In a few months they were noticed as very precision, and very well playing yoyos. It was thet start of one of the best things in my life. To create a fun object that brings happiness to people. I had to keep going :)

I’ve always been a fan on laying on the glass bead blast heavy to get the original feel of Gen Yo nearly two decades ago.
As nice as it felt after anodize, the chance of string breaking was always a possible issue.
Proper masking is the key to no string issues.
