Management One was created to give small property owners the same significant property management services a large property owner receives. Established in 1983.
We opened our doors in 1985 and have since rented to over 10,000 residents and represented over 4,000 owners. To do this we created unique franchise systems in every aspect of property management. Then we hired a rock-solid team of quality players who are trained and then receive advanced training every year. Our fabulous team members have the passion and discipline to implement our property management systems to give you exceptional service. We started with just one property and increased it to an unbelievable 1079 properties that we have managed. We've experienced every situation in 36 years and have a solution for every situation that could happen. We are members of NARPM and check out our ratings on Google at 5 stars and the Better Business Bureaus where we have an A+ rating.
