Sometimes a simple bus ride is all you need! We enjoyed a scenic ride to the park where we took in the beautiful views, shared stories, and enjoyed some delicious donuts together. Outings like these provide a change of scenery, encourage socialization, and give us a chance to enjoy our home! ✨

We put our hand-eye coordination to the test with a fun color target challenge! Using soft balls and colorful targets, the goal was to aim for a specific color while knocking down as many as they could. This simple game brought out lots of smiles, friendly competition, and plenty of determination! 🎯✨

Activities like this help improve hand-eye coordination, upper body strength, focus, color recognition, and reaction time. It also encourages problem solving as residents concentrate on hitting the correct target while having fun along the way. Most importantly, it keeps everyone engaged, active, and cheering each other on. We love finding creative ways to exercise both the body and the brain while making memories together. 😊

We always have a blast during bingo! There is nothing quite like everyone coming together for an afternoon of friendship and competition. Not only is it fun, but it also helps keep minds active, encourages socialization, and gives everyone a chance to celebrate a win. Most importantly, it brings us together for a great time with friends. ✨

A beautiful day at Tom's Farms for some delicious pizza, tart cherry, and sweet peach pie! We also loved spending time feeding the beautiful koi fish. Watching them swim right up to us for their snacks was definitely a highlight of the day. ☀️

It's the simple moments like these that make our outings so special. Fresh air, good food, sweet treats, and plenty of smiles shared with friends. We are so grateful for the opportunity to create these memories together. ❤️

Our Western Day was a rootin’ tootin’ good time! Everyone got into the spirit thanks to country music karaoke, plenty of laughs, and great company. The staff enjoyed some dirty sodas and cheesy fries as a small thank you for all they do each day!

It was a day filled with fun, connection, and community as we sang along to classic favorites and made new memories together. We love finding ways to bring a little extra joy to both our residents and our amazing staff! 🤠🎶

We had so much fun celebrating bad hair day! Everyone joined in on the fun by showing off some wild, silly, and creative hairstyles. There were lots of laughs, great conversations, and plenty of smiles throughout the day.

Today's cooking hour was a refreshing success! We teamed up to make a delicious pineapple pomegranate agua fresca! Cooking helps promote independence, sensory stimulation, socialization, and cognitive engagement while creating opportunities for residents to share memories and enjoy something they've made together. Best of all, we got to cool off with a sweet and refreshing treat! 🍍✨

We had a fun afternoon painting wooden cars and drawing freehand! Everyone put their own personality into their artwork, and no two pieces were alike. Activities like this help keep minds active, encourage self expression, and give residents a chance to relax and have fun. We think they turned out pretty awesome! 🎨✨

Today’s all-staff meeting was so impactful. We played in a team building activity where each staff member wrote their name on a balloon and were given five seconds to find their own balloon, and as expected, it was chaos. Then we challenged everyone to grab any balloon and quickly pass it to the owner.

The lesson was simple but meaningful. When we focus on ourselves, reaching our goals can be difficult but when we support one another and work together, we all get where we need to be much faster!

We popped our balloons to find encouraging messages inside. Small reminders of the impact we make every day brought smiles, reflection, and even a few tears. 💙
