Salary Range
Starting at $13/hr - Full-time; (can quickly reach $15/hr)
Duties & Responsibilities
Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
Mechanical ability and an ability to work with your hands
Take precision measurements to ensure perfect cut and fit of wooden components
Ability to assemble smaller components to produce finished products
Painting, staining, and applying finishing products
Check output to ensure highest quality
Maintain equipment in good condition
Keep records of production quantities and time
Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
Require ments
Proven mechanical ability
Ability in using tools (e.g. power saw, router) and machines (e.g. drill press)
Good understanding of quality control principles
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
High school diploma; Higher degree from a technical school will be appreciated
