🎉 Please join us in celebrating RMC Charitable Foundation’s Executive Director, Krystle Lisenby Joseph, on her graduation from the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce Leadership Riverside Class of 2026!

Over the past ten months, Krystle has joined Riverside community leaders in exploring the people, organizations, and systems that help shape our region. Through hands-on learning, meaningful conversations, and collaborative problem-solving, Leadership Riverside challenges participants to grow as leaders and deepen their commitment to community impact.

This achievement reflects Krystle’s dedication to lifelong learning, servant leadership, and building stronger connections throughout the communities we serve. The knowledge, relationships, and perspectives gained through this experience will continue to strengthen RMC Charitable Foundation’s work as we enhance health and quality of life through education, service, and community engagement.

Congratulations, Krystle, on this well-deserved accomplishment! We are proud to have you leading our mission and helping create a healthier, kinder, and more connected Riverside and beyond. 💙

The numbers offer a glimpse of what’s ahead—but they don’t define what comes next.

Across our region, the need for care continues to grow. And with it, the responsibility to prepare those who will step into these roles—not someday, but soon.

Meeting that need begins now, with the students choosing this path and the support that helps carry them forward.

“Eat [whole] foods. Not too much. Mostly plants.” — Michael Pollan

This simple guidance reminds us that the foundation of a healthy diet is whole, minimally processed foods.

Focusing on whole foods matters because ultra-processed foods—often high in added sugars, unhealthy fats, and simple carbohydrates—can negatively impact health over time.

Small, consistent choices built around real foods help support energy, wellbeing, and long-term health.
