Pulled Pork Perfection. Overnight cook on the with all the goods to help impart flavor. The Gospel… text book as the overnight brine. Apple Wood for the clean smoke. Hone Chipotle Killer Bee for the after effects. Butter and Brown Sugar, I mean, yeah. for the cook deets. No sauce required. Straight outa the pan.

The King’s Feast. 👑

14 oz. Filets, 10 oz. Lobster Tails, lemon Pepper Sautéed Green Beans, Garlic and Black Pepper Sautéed Cremini Mushrooms, and Brown Sugar Cinnamon Grilled Pineapple.

Got to prepare this dish for a dear friend and his family that just returned home from the hospital with a very sick boy that fortunately made a turn for the better and was able to come home.

This is one of the things I love most about cooking, is the opportunity to make great food for others from a place of love and high service, and to break bread with incredible people.

Enjoy your meal my friends. Take the time to savor life and those around you. Give your heart to your craft.
