We were recently presented with this certificate from the Memorial Honor Detail at the Riverside National Cemetery, thanking Parkview Nursery for our donation of Italian cypress trees. These trees have been planted at the cemetery to stand as a living tribute to every Medal of Honor recipient.
We are deeply moved by this gesture of appreciation. Thank you to the Memorial Honor Detail for this recognition, and for the incredible work you do every day to ensure the courage and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes are remembered for generations to come.

It’s a Parkview Nursery tradition, and this year, we’re taking it public! 🗣️ Our Annual Onion Growing Contest is officially open for the season.
Growing a massive onion is way harder than it looks, but the payoff is legendary. To keep the suspense alive, we are keeping the current leader's size a total secret until the final whistle blows! 🤫 Single entries can change the scoreboard at any moment.

⚠️ Important Note: This contest is happening exclusively at our Jackson Street location! All entries, live measurements, and our official display wall are housed right here.

How to play:
Grow any variety of White, Yellow, or Red onion in your backyard (Psst... those who know the secret swear by the bundle sets we bring in from Dec–Feb! 😉).
Harvest your giant and bring it into our Jackson St. nursery anytime between now and August.
We’ll measure the circumference right in front of you and log your official entry!
Your onion will join our exclusive display counter with your name on it for all of Riverside to marvel at. The official grand champion will be crowned at the end of August, taking home the Official Winner's Ribbon and ultimate website glory!
