✈️ Airframe Day 1 wrapped up with a special piece of aviation history! 🇺🇸

Our students had the opportunity to check out a 1941 Boeing Stearman located in the hangar next to ours. This iconic trainer aircraft introduced many military pilots to flight during World War II and remains one of the most recognizable aircraft ever built.

Many students have never seen a fabric-covered aircraft up close, but fabric structures are still an important topic on the FAA Airframe written exam. There’s no better way to learn than seeing aviation history firsthand!
