People vs Government

Why we hate SB 8 03/03/2022

https://www.rageriverside.org/post/why-we-hate-sb-8

SB8 allows planning staff to approve housing without our knowing, even if it hurts neighborhoods.

It eliminates consistency in types of homes that are built together. It allows for insufficient planning for traffic, parking, safe walking spaces, utilities and community spaces.

As written, home owners will not need to be given notice if there is a multi-unit going up next door, or when people start turning their shacks and garages into official crash pads.

We're not against organized growth; but it needs to be that. Organized growth.

Reach out and tell your council members to fight this Sate of California mandate.

We deserve city planning.
