Who is Amorah? Amorah, another name for love is a guerita Latina from Los Angeles. She is your classic latina blonde with sass and wit. Advice for artists/mural artists.

I recently had an opportunity to do a mural at a mall. However, when it came down to the contract, they handed my a “work for hire agreement”. This of course didn’t sit well with me as someone who understands their rights very well. I challenged their terms because a work for hire agreement is way worse than a buy out of my art. However, they were not willing to work with my terms. Their legal team advised the company to not consider my terms. This was very disappointing because I really wanted to go through with this opportunity but I refused to be exploited. A lot of times legal will advice clients to go with a work for hire agreement. Most of the time these agreements are not even legal but they will add a clause that says “This agreement shall take precedence over any other documents that may be in conflict therewith. If any provision shall be deemed omitted; however the invalidation of such provision shall not impair or affect the remaining provisions of this agreement.”
