Your voices have been heard, Classic White Corn Soup with Wild Mexican Prawns, Pancetta, and Cilantro is here!

Each year, we source the season’s sweetest white corn at its peak, creating a soup that is rich, velvety, and naturally sweet. Wild Mexican prawns add a delicate brininess and satisfying texture, while crispy pancetta brings a savory-salty contrast. Fresh cilantro finishes the dish with an herbal note for a touch of complexity.

Wild Morel mushrooms from Crater Lake, Oregon are back! Serving them with asparagus-ricotta tortellini tonight and this weekend.
