Last week in preparation of our tour of the Green Lake Conference Center we learned about the history of Worldwide Gifts. The next day Arlo Reichter was our tour guide through GLCC, sharing its history from the Lawson era, the H.O. Stone development period, and the American Baptist years. When then dined in the Bauer Dining Room and shopped at Worldwide Gifts. Thank you Arlo, the Green Lake Conference Center, and Northern Express Bus Company!

Lunch and Learn, Tuesday, June 9th, 12:00 - Prediabetes and the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP): Did you know – 96 million American adults have prediabetes? Of that number, 80% are not aware that they have prediabetes. Come and learn more about prediabetes and the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) offered by Green Lake County. Lisa Rollin, RN and Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Coach will share information about DPP and will be offering on-site screenings for individuals interested in joining an upcoming cohort.
