We have a new product!! Instant hydration electrolytes (read more below!!). 🤠🤠

P.S. they’re amazing & my new obsession 🤍✨💧🌊

📦💧 NEW IN THE CLINIC! 💧📦

Finding a truly clean electrolyte isn’t always easy. Many are packed with artificial colors, sweeteners, fillers, and ingredients that just don’t align with our philosophy of supporting the body naturally.

That’s why we’re excited to now carry Instant Hydration!

✔️ Organic ingredients
✔️ Zero sugar
✔️ No artificial colors or flavors
✔️ French sea salt for mineral support
✔️ 500mg sodium, 470mg potassium, and 100mg magnesium per serving

Hydration isn’t just about drinking more water—it’s about giving your cells the minerals they need to actually use that water. Whether you’re active, spending time in the sauna, working outdoors, traveling, or simply feeling run down, proper electrolyte balance can make a huge difference.

After searching for an option that met our standards, we finally found one we’re happy to have on our shelves. 🙌

Which flavor are you trying first? 👇🍒🍋🍉🍊

These lovely words come from my new workbook with The Foot Zoning Method, and I thought they were too good not to share. 🤍

One thing that really resonates with me is the idea of bringing awareness to the body.

In massage, I’ll often hear someone say, “Wow, I had no idea I was carrying so much tension there!” Sometimes simply becoming aware of an area that’s been holding stress, tension, emotion, or compensation is the first step toward change.

Foot zoning works with that same concept. The goal isn’t to fix the body, but rather to work with the body’s natural healing processes by bringing awareness to areas that may have been holding onto things for far too long. As awareness is created, the body has an opportunity to release, rebalance, and restore.

Some of the potential benefits discussed include:

✨ Releasing tension, emotions, and imbalances
✨ Supporting circulation, energy, and immune function
✨ Encouraging harmony, alignment, and homeostasis
✨ Helping us become more present and connected to our bodies

And yes — I am still planning on offering 3 foot zones each week (first 1 free as I’m still a student, and then offering at a student discounted rate)! 😊

I’m just getting my space set up and catching up on work after vacation. Thank you all for your patience and excitement while I continue learning and growing through this journey! I can’t wait to share it with you:)

Sometimes the most healing part of a massage isn’t the massage itself.

It’s slowing down.

An hour with nowhere to be.
Nothing to do.
No one needing anything from you.

It’s space to breathe,
melt into the stillness,
and to exist only in the present.

👣 Looking for people interested in trying Reflexology / Foot Zoning! 👣

As many of you know, I’m continuing to expand my education and am currently learning Foot Zoning. Foot zoning is essentially an advanced form of reflexology, and I just wrapped up my first month of school which covered their Reflexology Made Simple program.

This first month covered all 5 areas of the foot that correspond with the body’s 12 systems and interact with all the areas throughout the entire body — from head to toe.

Because I’m still a student, I’d LOVE more hands-on practice as I continue learning and growing. I’d like to offer up to 3 complimentary sessions weekly before, after, or in between my massage hours for anyone interested in helping me learn while trying something new!

✨ Your first session will be FREE while I’m a student. Sessions will last around an hour. If you decide you’d like to continue getting zoned afterward, I’ll also be offering a student discount on future sessions while I continue my education and training.

Potential benefits may include but are not limited too:

• Supports circulation throughout the body
• May help encourage nervous system balance — helping shift the body away from constant “fight or flight” and toward more of a rest, digest, and recovery state
• Can support stress reduction and overall well-being
• Supports the body as a whole through all 12 body systems rather than focusing on one isolated area
• May help ease areas of tension and encourage better body awareness and connection
• Supports whole-body communication pathways from head to toe through reflex points in the feet
• Many people simply report feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, calmer, or more grounded after sessions

Everyone responds differently, so I can’t promise any specific outcomes — every body has its own story and response. But that’s also what makes it so fascinating!

Also — if you already have a massage scheduled and are interested, feel free to ask ahead of time about adding this on before or after your session! 👣🤍

If this sounds interesting to you, send me a message or comment below! 👇🏼✨😆

Thanks with love,
Lex 🤎

This was meant to post yesterday!! I just realized it never copied over to Facebook until now
(Soo… haha yes I realize it no longer is Wednesday !!)

& Sorry this is a long one… and a late post haha 😅

But minerals are SO fascinating, so I figured it worth a share… they truly impact every single system in the body.

From stress, hormones, metabolism, muscles, nerves, blood sugar, thyroid, connective tissue health & more… minerals are involved in it ALL. ⚡️

Let me know if y’all are interested in learning more about minerals, deficiencies, imbalances, and how they all work together because this topic goes DEEP 👀

I was talking with someone today about foot soaks and realized we had JUST learned all about them in depth this week in class with Heidi, so I figured I’d share some of the interesting little tidbits we discussed 🦶🏼✨

Things like feet temperature, circulation, hot vs cold feet, magnesium, stress, hormones, nervous system regulation, and ancient Chinese Medicine practices.

It’s a little sporadic since these are notes directly pulled from class and my own note-taking style 😅 — but honestly I still found it all super fascinating and worth sharing because the body communicates in SO many ways we often overlook.

The feet can tell us a lot more than most people realize. 🤍

Let me know if you want to see more informational posts like this?! ☺️
