AAA Academy, Inc. Launches Statewide to Empower New Mexico’s Youth Through Arts, Academics, and Athletics
Rio Rancho, New Mexico – October 13, 2025
A powerful new movement for youth has begun across New Mexico.
AAA Academy, Inc. (Arts, Academics & Athletics Academy, Inc.) has officially launched as a statewide educational initiative dedicated to helping children grow stronger — mentally, emotionally, and physically — through programs that connect creativity, learning, and sports.
Founded and directed by Aaryon “Bird” Williams, AAA Academy was created to ensure that every child has access to mentorship, movement, and meaningful learning experiences. The Academy’s three pillars — Arts, Academics, and Athletics — represent a unified approach to youth development, empowering students to build confidence, creativity, and character.
“AAA Academy exists to teach kids that their passions have purpose,” said Williams. “Whether it’s through art, academics, or athletics, we give them the tools to dream big, stay disciplined, and believe in themselves.”

Mission
AAA Academy, Inc. is dedicated to equipping children with the mental, emotional, and physical tools needed to achieve success in life. Through creative mentorship, athletic training, and educational growth, the Academy inspires young people to explore who they are and who they can become.

Core Programs
How to Train for Basketball Initiative (HTBI) – Teaches the fundamentals of basketball through a mentorship-based model emphasizing discipline, teamwork, and confidence.

Youth Arts Mural Project (YAMP) – Connects young artists with professionals to create murals that represent their communities and inspire pride.

Youth Academic Workshop – Focuses on literacy, writing, and communication to help students develop voice, creativity, and leadership.

Statewide Vision
AAA Academy programs are expanding across New Mexico, building partnerships with schools, recreation centers, and youth programs to make creative, athletic, and academic development accessible to all.
The Academy’s long-term vision is to position New Mexico as a leader in youth empowerment — blending education, art, and athletics into a statewide movement that transforms lives and communities.
“We’re building something bigger than programs,” Williams said. “We’re building pathways for children to discover who they are and what they’re capable of.”
