Rio Rancho Creative Crossroads

Today is National Nonprofit Day! What better way to celebrate than to reintroduce ourselves?!

You may not recognize the name Rio Rancho Creative Crossroads, because you may know us by one of our program names. We have two chorale programs, Children's Chorus of Rio Rancho and Rio Rancho Youth Chorus, with kids from 2nd to 12th grade participating. RRCC also includes Rio Rancho Players Community Theatre (RRP). RRP is an all-ages community theater that rehearses and performs in Rio Rancho! This year, we have expanded into the youth theatre realm. Our latest addition is Art on the Mesa, whose offerings are organized into two main program areas: youth-focused classes like Mini-Monet and Kids Art Club (starting fall 2026), and our Open Arts Studio experiences for teens and adults, which include Gather and Learn - each designed to support creativity in different ways.

If you are a lover of the arts, join us! RRCC is ready, willing, and able to build a diverse and thriving arts community inside our city limits. But we cannot do it alone. We need your help. We are always looking to partner with local businesses for sponsorship and support. We also collaborate/partner with non-profit organizations to create new experiences across different audiences.

It's called RoundUp.org. Every time you make a purchase, your total is rounded up to the nearest dollar, and the spare change goes to Rio Rancho Creative Crossroads. Grab a coffee, fill the tank, buy groceries — it all adds up to meaningful, ongoing support.

Member Spotlight for the week goes to our friends to the west! Rio Rancho Creative Crossroads is a remarkable organization. RRCC is comprised of four wings, Children's Chorus of Rio Rancho, Rio Rancho Youth Chorus, Rio Rancho Art on the Mesa and The Rio Rancho Players. No previous chorus experience is required – you just need to love to sing!
We accept new members twice a year in January/February and again in July/August. Everyone is welcome!

Tuition is $150 per season, which includes 10-15 sessions of two hours of instruction and rehearsal and t-shirt. Full and partial scholarships and sibling discounts are available.
