In 2005, founding member Steve Stewart received a divine call to see lives transformed holistically—spiritually, physically, and practically. This calling followed the Stewarts’ first mobile medical clinic, conducted out of a suitcase beneath a tree in Eastern Kenya.

What began as small Journeys of Compassion (JOCs) grew into a global movement, providing medical care, clean water, vocational training, and disaster relief. By 2010, Impact Nations had led teams into refugee camps, prisons, and underserved communities across Asia, Africa, and South America.

In 2014, Impact Nations was established as a nonprofit organization in the United States. In the years that followed, our work continued to grow, expanding sustainable initiatives that equip individuals and communities through education, business and vocational training, anti-trafficking efforts, and other long-term development programs.

🇵🇭 Philippines | March 4–11, 2027

Join Impact Nations for an eight-day Journey of Compassion to the remote communities of Sitio Maycorot and Naga along the Oras River. Together, we’ll bring clean water to approximately 300 households, reaching up to 2,200 people through filter distribution, training, prayer, and ministry.

🇳🇮 Nicaragua | June 17–25, 2027

Join Impact Nations for nine days in Chinandega, Nicaragua, serving alongside trusted local leaders to restore a children’s centre damaged by a storm, distribute clean-water filters, visit families, pray, and share the hope of the Gospel with communities in need.

🇲🇼 Malawi | October 10–18, 2027

Our friend and Impact Nations board member Craig Stephens recently joined Jesus Collective Podcast for a conversation called The Beautiful Gospel: Rethinking Evangelism.

Craig has been part of the Impact Nations family for years—not only helping lead our organization as a board member, but also leading Journeys of Compassion around the world.
