Good morning all! It is Christmas Eve! While enjoying your holidays with your family, remember to drive safely and sober. Call a ride service, designate a driver, or stay home if you're intoxicated. Many local communities also provide safe ride services. Also, be aware of other drivers and pedestrians. If you suspect a drunk driver, call 911 if you can safely do so. Do not put yourself in harm's way.

To our people, whether customers or supporters or both: the last month has been a whirlwind. First, we received our first negative google review. While it was hurtful, it was also humbling. We can only grow from the experience! We came back after Thanksgiving to find out that a customer scammed us out of between 8 and 10 grand. This has been devastating.

We truly believed we would have to close the shop. However, the holidays have provided some much needed income to our little store! While we are not sure yet what the future holds, we are working with the bank, Quickbooks, and the police to figure out next steps.

As a small business, this loss was absolutely brutal. Being a new business owner, I'm learning difficult lessons and painful truths. I have the support of our wonderful customers, the other business owners nearby, and a good team. Thank you all for giving us a chance. Because of you, we have been able to keep our doors open thus far and we are working extremely hard to remain open. As the holidays roll in, I want to thank you, from the very bottom of my heart.
